The project is invested by China Harbour and is a large-scale integrated land development project jointly developed and operated by the National Port Authority of Sri Lanka (SLPA). It mainly includes the recruitment of world-class JLL, ATKINS, AECOM, SWECO and other elite teams for planning and design; 3 years of land reclamation completed 2.33 million square meters; 5-8 years initial formation scale, 20-25 years of all construction completed. With a planned construction scale of more than 5.3 million square meters, the project integrates business, commerce, entertainment, residence and other forms of business, and provides living, supporting facilities such as study, kindergarten, medical care and culture. It is a veritable “Maritime Silk Road Pearl” and "The city of the future of South Asia."
